From Saturday January 17 to Saturday 24, the 9th edition of Port–‐au–‐Prince International Jazz Festival will host over 20 bands from 10 guest countries, Haiti and its diaspora. It represents a unique opportunity to discover international artists along with creole jazz “made in Haiti”, as well as to visit this magical island of the Caribbean… 2015’ headliners are from the United States & Canada, Trinidad and Tobago, France, Haiti and its diaspora:

The Port au Prince International Jazz Festival brings together, jazz bands from all over the world, through partnerships with foreign embassies (Belgium, Canada, Chile, France, Germany, Mexico, Spain, Switzerland and the United States and Haitian musicians, both local and from the Diaspora. United Kingdom will also be represented for the first time in2015! “The jazz festival is a golden opportunity for Haiti to welcome foreign artists on his land, who can immerse themselves in our culture, and let our special vibes inspire new melodies“, says Stephanie Villedrouin, Minister of Tourism. The Festival has become the utmost annual cultural rendez—vous in Haiti, a crossroad for all sectors of Haitian society.
