The annual Fall Great Southern Bluegrass Event will be held Thursday, September 25 through Saturday, September 27 at 30338 Highway 21 in Angie. Featured musicians will be announced at a later date. Shows will start at 3 p.m. on Thursday, 11:30 a.m. on Friday and 12 p.m. on Saturday. A pot lock will be held Wednesday at 6 p.m.
Attendees are asked to bring lawn chairs, but, due to limited space, high-backed chairs will not be allowed. The event will take place in an enclosed air-conditioned building, with sound by Butch Cooksey. Parking lot pickers are welcome.
The admission fee is $20-25 for a one-day ticket or $55 for a three-day ticket. Children ages 12 or below will be admitted free with a parent.
The facility has 240 R.V. sites, 100 with sewer. R.V. hookups are available.
The park is open year round. Drugs and alcohol are not permitted. The park includes a concession stand, depot and activity center and Dad’s Toy House & Old Store. There are two flea markets within walking distance.
