Every year, Reunion Island is exhibited at the Salon de l’Agriculture, the unmissable event for lovers of local products. Samosas, corks, jams, vanilla, spices, exotic fruits: Reunionese products display their tropical colors for this 53rd edition, which is being held at the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center in Paris from February 27 to March 6, 2016.

Meet at Pavilion 7.1 stand P18 “Regions of France and Overseas”

The Chamber of Agriculture of Reunion will be present at this show, along with its partners: the Departmental Council of Reunion, producer groups, farm producers, the Reunion Sugar Syndicates, La Réunion products companies. Réunion… and the island of Réunion tourism.

On its tourist information space, run by students from the agricultural high school of Saint-Paul, Reunion Island Tourism will offer you a sunny program, meet your expectations and provide you with information to prepare an emotional trip to Reunion Island. .

You will have the opportunity to meet the professionals of Reunion’s agriculture. They will present their know-how and various quality products to you. You will have the opportunity to (re) discover the tasty local specialties but also the warm welcome of exhibitors from Reunion Island. Various activities will be organized, tastings will be offered. Two highlights should be remembered so as not to miss any of the thousand attractions of Reunion Island:

  • Monday February 29: day dedicated to Reunion
  • Friday March 4: special overseas day.

In 2015, this show was attended by 691,058 visitors. 1,050 exhibitors offered their know-how, 22 countries were represented, more than 3,500 animals stayed there, 16,400 wines and 4,600 products of farm, artisanal or industrial origin were in competition at the Concours Général Agricole.
